LoveDiary is a web application for tracking and journaling BL (Boys' Love) and GL (Girls' Love) drama series. Our Service includes:

  • Series tracking and progress management
  • Personal journaling about watched series
  • Community discussion features
  • Episode release notifications
  • Premium subscription features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. LoveDiary cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. User Content

4.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (journal entries, comments, posts). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to post content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Is spam or unauthorized advertising
  • Impersonates another person or entity
  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Premium Subscriptions

5.1 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content) are and will remain the exclusive property of LoveDiary. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Series information, images, and related content displayed on our platform belong to their respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVEDIARY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LoveDiary and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoveDiary operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
